Keturah Naa Adoley Osabutey is our Advisory Board & Country Representative, providing invaluable insight and guidance.
Keturah is currently the Country Representative in Ghana with regional responsibilities and a member of the Advisory Board. Leads stakeholder, partner engagements and manages the Intellas Cybersecurity Boardroom Series, a tailored programme for CEOs and Senior Executives. Oversees Cybersecurity training and services across the region. She brings a wealth of experience and management skills to the Global Team and Advisory Board.
She holds an Executive MBA from the University of Ghana Business School, a Bachelor degree in Business Administration (GIMPA), Certificate in Administration and Management; and a Diploma in Public Relations, Advertising and Marketing. She has participated in various international management training programs such as: Executive MBA Workshops (Northeastern University, Boston USA); Business Centre for Global Business Studies (Howard University, USA); International Business Certificate Business Program (Fox School of Business, Temple University, Philadelphia), Management Development Program (Cranfield University UK) among others. She also has certificate in events, facility and project management.
Keturah began her career in the hospitality industry as a Restaurant Services Manager of Sunrise Hotel, Accra. Worked as a Camp Manager and made a transition to the mining Industry by joining Abosso Goldfields as Assistant to the Executive Director. This led to the role of Office Manager at Gold Fields Ghana Limited responsible for general administration and events management. Part of her responsibilities involved HR, Safety and Security policies compliance. In 2005, Keturah was promoted to the senior role of Facilities Manager at the company. She managed and maintained company assets and inventory. Prior to joining the Intellas Gobal Team, she worked as the Local General Manager of Spaans Babcock Ghana Limited responsible for strategic and operational planning.
Keturah has many years of experience and a rich background in general administration and management, events and infrastructure management. She is a passionate, reliable and dedicated professional.
