Lisa Harding

I am a British citizen and a permanent resident of Canada. After relocating to Toronto from London in 2016, I served in the Strategy and Planning Commercial team at Cisco Canada, gaining valuable experience in the Canadian market. In 2019, I established my own international consulting practice Bandwidth Consulting Incorporated, providing expert advice and services to UK technology and media businesses expanding into North America.

During my time in the UK, I held senior positions, including Senior Business Development Manager for multinational companies, worked for regional and UK Government as a Senior International Trade Advisor, and served as an Innovation Manager in academia.

As a Partner Account Manager at Cisco Systems UK and Ireland, my primary role was to manage their multi-million-pound business with two of our most prestigious service providers Telefonica UK and Orange Business Services. I excelled in complex relationship management and high-stakes conflict resolution at the senior executive level. Collaborating with strategic partners, I created actionable business plans that led to successful commercial projects.

I look forward to sharing my insights and skills gained over the years working in sales, business planning, and leadership within government, academia and industry.
